The film

We turned that stubborn disbelief into the comic engine. The character keeps trying to convince himself there is still a way back, letting small pauses and repeated reactions do the work.

The Big Idea

The sale is over. Acceptance can wait.

Denial focused on the person who continues behaving as though the offer still exists. The humour came from emotional resistance rather than chaos, giving the campaign a quieter but equally recognisable chapter.

Creative Leadership

Directed the film through close-ups, awkward pauses, controlled reactions and restrained camera movement. Performance, screen direction and edit timing were calibrated so one expression or silence could carry the entire joke.

Impact

Added greater range to the campaign platform and demonstrated that Post-Sale Heartache could support multiple styles of comedy. The connected films built a larger, more memorable brand world around a single retail moment.
